I got a call the other day...the caller said "Hi Joe, this is Piffy!" What the... I haven't seen Pat Pfiffner in , maybe, twenty years! He was the drummer in the Rejects, my high school rock band.
He was on I-40 just outside of Asheville and I talked him into turning around and driving back seven miles to say hi and go out to share a pizza at Marco's. It was great to see him and his wife Linda again!
